Terms & Conditions

Service Details:

  • Service Duration: Covers 30 days of ongoing support and updates starting on the Discovery Call date.

    Turnaround Time: 48 to 72 hours for requests during working hours

    Support Working Hours: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. (Hours could vary at times.)

    Emergency Support: Email notifications for urgent issues will be responded to within 48 hours via monica@thesidegighustler.com

Delivery & Revisions:

  • Clients are responsible for all copy and content for use on the website.

    Clients are allowed up to 2 rounds of revisions to refine content.

    Final delivery will be provided within 14 days of the last revision round.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment of $500 is due upfront at the time of booking.

    Fees are nonrefundable.
